taxi surcharge torn dividers
the hotel location was acceptable, providing convenient access to nearby attractions.
the front desk neglected to inform me about the automatically added taxi surcharge. the room's closet doors were not closing properly and i found torn dividers on the deck. these maintenance issues detract from the overall quality of the stay.

slow check-in poor ac
The outdoor area has a very nice pool.
The check-in process was quite slow. My room's AC barely worked and it got too warm. The front desk didn't solve this quickly, so that was annoying.

The room was spacious (this was important for me). The pool was amazing and the food was great. I was very happy.
I noticed scratches on old furniture. Closet doors did not close properly (it was annoying). I would expect more attention to these details at a hotel of this category.

the staff was all very attentive and the breakfast choice was very GOOD, it met my expectations.
the front desk did neglect to tell me that calling a taxi included an extra charge, which I did not appreciate. MAINTANCE seems lacking because I noticed scratches on old furniture. the toiletires were also difficult to use because the bottles were so small

The room was spacious with a terrific balcony facing the port. The breakfast had MANY options. I appreciated the fresh fruit selection.

spacious room separate shower quiet environment
I found the premium double room spacious with a classic yet modern feel. The bathroom included both a large tub and a separate shower. I appreciated the balcony that featured views of the sea and port. The location provided a quiet environment away from the city's hustle and bustle.
I noticed a slight delay during check-in as the front desk seemed busy.
